  • Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a project before any work has begun, you will receive a full refund. If work has already started, a prorated refund will be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes prevent you from continuing with a project. In such cases, we may offer a partial refund based on the work completed and the reason for cancellation.

Not Eligible for Refunds:

  • Ongoing Services: Due to the ongoing nature of these services, refunds are not available for ongoing services such as SEO campaigns, social media management, and content creation. However, you may cancel these services at any time, and we will stop billing you for future periods.
  • Work Completed & Approved: We cannot offer refunds for work that has been completed and approved by you. This includes deliverables such as website copy, social media posts, and design assets.
  • Performance Guarantees: Digital marketing results depend on various factors beyond our control. We do not offer performance guarantees, and refunds will not be issued based on the achievement of specific results.
